According to H-N. Castafieda, a guise the very thin individual which lies at the bottom of the ontological furniture of the world is indifferent to existence in a Meinongian way, in the sense that it remains the same whether it exists or not. Zemas enerģijas patēriņa, plaša pārklājuma datu pārraides tehnoloģijas (LPWAN) pēdējo gadu laikā arvien vairāk tiek izmantotas dažādu tautsaimniecības problēmu risināšanai. Paralēli noris aktīvi šo tehnoloģiju pētījumi un attīstība, kā arī meklēti praktiski tehnoloģiju pielietojumi lietu interneta (Internet of Things jeb IoT) vidē. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt zemas enerģijas patēriņa, liela pārklājuma bezvadu datu pārraides tehnoloģijas un to realizāciju ar LoRaWAN tehnoloģijas palīdzību. Kant’s and Husserl’s philosophies both ground on the distinction between the things in themselves and the phenomenon. While for Kant, this distinction rests in the respective faculties and the mediating function of imagination, for Husserl it is a function of the perceptual process itself. Concerning the thing in itself, its main sense for Kant is that of noumenon or intelligible being, while for Husserl it is mainly the ideal of the adequate givenness of a particular reality of the thing. This contribution aims at developping Husserl’s critical reformulation of Kant’s thing in itself by analysing its different senses and interpretations at both authors.

Putnu migrācijas pētījumi palīdz uzzināt daudz jauna par putnu dzīvesveidu. Šiem pētījumiem bieži tiek izmantoti nelieli putni, jo tie ir vieglāk pieejami. Nelielu putnu migrācijas pētījumos šobrīd īsti nav iespēju noteikt putnu lokāciju migrācijas laikā. Izmantojot šā brīža modernākās ierīces, putnu migrācijā dati tiek iegūti, uzliekot vides uztveršanas ierīci putnam, noņemot to nākamajā ligzdošanas periodā (pēc gada). Migrācijas ceļi pēc šādas metodes tiek rēķināti no sensoru datiem pēc tam, kad putns ir atgriezies ligzdošanas vietā.
